This is an amazing outfit. Stu and his team mean what they say what they mean. My Mac was bars to the mortuary before I came across the Heroes and yes that's what they are. Stewart and his team take surpassed all my expectations. They have repaired both my Power Mac and my Macbook Pro. My married woman'southward MacBook started going slowly and with those irritating pop up messages appearing (and the fact that I can do MS but non Apple) meant we needed some assist.These two guys were brilliant. All you lot have to exercise is open the door twice! Oh and pay up. Spoke to the guys on Electronic mail, Stu advised they could option up my broken gaming PC the side by side day. I had trouble with my MacBook pro and was told the hard drive needed replacing. Merely had our Apple IMAC repair by these guys. what was astonishing is that at that place is none of this upfront inspection costs before we look at it or being told to "bring it to u.s. nonsense either" as they delver and collect!. I have to say, I was recommended to Stew through my Begetter in Law. Stew nerveless my MacBook Pro fixed and delivered on time and fully exceeded my expectations of the set. I am sure he replaced the battery as well. its lasted for 6 hours already! He replaced the hard drive and increased the RAM as well as taking care of the screen problem. Without any exaggeration whatsoever, it is like a brand new machine again. Its an old 2012 model and the top was getting a bit loose besides; it is all overnice and tight again. Very rarely does anything in life exceed my expectations. Stewart did just that. 👍🏼 I asked him to speed upwards my mac and restore it to new every bit it was slow and clogged upwardly with files. Nifty service deserves a great review. Apple unable to gear up my 2015 MacBook Air laptop due to age - battery no longer charging and only worked if plugged in to mains. The Apple Shop had been surprisingly helpful given that my Macbook Pro dates from 2010, just were ultimately unable to bring information technology back to life. Stew replaced the logic board and upgraded the deejay to SSD and replaced the battery. Information technology worked similar new except for apparently tiresome internet speeds. Stew came to my house at no extra accuse and was able to testify that the trouble lay with my Hub, now replaced and it is now 100%. Excellent service which I wholeheartedly recommend.

I hadn't heard of a service for electronic repairs that comes to your door and deliver back again but Stew provides that very service. My PS4 was, I thought, would never be then quiet or work over again afterwards I couldn't put information technology dorsum together. Stew has saved me a lot of money in repairs thanks to his careful and methodical approach. MacBook Pro 2011 would not boot up. Apple could not prepare the problem. Hero Tech diagnosed the issue and fitted new motherboard, ram and ssd plus transferred all data from the old drive. Very prompt, good service and kept me informed of progress plus explaining options. Very helpful, would happily recommend.

Great service from Hero Tech., Had a high spec 2012 Macbook Pro that adult a fault and demand a new logic lath, only Apple no longer supported the device. Contacted Stew and he speedily confirmed the fault and found a replacement lath, not for the 2012 but the compatible and more reliable 2013 and had us up and running in 1 calendar week. More than than happy and would definiteky use again when the need arises. Easier than getting an date at the Genius Bar

Almost the aforementioned as Trebor (surely fat finger Trevor!) Evans except my trouble was with my 27" iMac failed hard drive. In the modest print Apple will not repair any model that is more than 5yrs out of production which I was merely advised about having struggled to go the motorcar to an Apple store! Like Trebor I was given Stew's number whom I phoned from exterior the shop and in the same solar day he sourced and quoted for an verbal replacement and for a SSD upgrade if I wished. The exact replacement would have been less than Apple tree would take charged if they were able to do it but I chose the upgrade selection which has dramatically increased the speed of my machine for very little cost. This was achieved all on the same day Stew nerveless my iMac fitted the new ssd and returned information technology that evening and guided me through how to download the fill-in that I had fabricated. Would highly recommend to everybody including 'Seniors' like myself!

I heard of Stewart from a colleague at the Apple Shop in Southampton. I had broken the screen on myApple desk top computer and tried to source one through the net without success,; so I got in bear upon with Stewart who said he would find a screen and come out to Lymington from Southampton to fix information technology at a very reasonable price. This he did and at the aforementioned fourth dimension upgraded the software which resulted in some minor issues.
